Xcalibur Internet is proud to offer the following mailing list services for our business and personal customers. We use powerful mailing list software and have added some special features for ease of use and flexibility. If you have need to email more than a few people more than a few times per month, we have a mailing list solution that will make it quick and easy for you to do so!

ANNOUNCEMENT LIST

This type of mailing list is an excellent choice for newsletters, product releases and announcements, press releases, events, sales, special offers (just for list members) and general information about your organization, products and services. An announcement list is a great way to build relationships with customers and potential customers by distributing information of real value to them.

DISCUSSION LIST

A discussion list is often used create a technical support forum among your current customers, reducing your costs for support and encouraging your customers to find new and unique uses for your products or services. It can also be used to facilitate collaboration within your own organization, allowing employees, contractors and colleagues to brainstorm ideas and share experience across miles or even continents. Finally, a discussion list that is open to all can position your company as a leader in your industry, distributing news, wisdom and information with your name at the head.

FEATURES

- Unlimited Email Addresses -

There is no limit on the number of email addresses in your list. You may subscribe as many email addresses as you like. Subscribers may also sign themselves up with no interaction required on your part. You will be notified of each new signup.

- Self-Management -

As the owner of your mailing list, you will be able to add or remove people from the list, change the information and introductory documents that are auto-emailed and post to the list as often as desired. No interaction is required from Xcalibur - you won't have to wait for us to get your message out.

- Web Subscription Interface -

Xcalibur can design and configure a custom web page inviting visitors to sign up for your list. If you have chosen an authorized list (even more strongly recommended when using a web interface), an email from the visitor's account is still required.

- Standard Subject -

You may specify a few letters or words to be automatically included in the subject line of every message sent on your list. This allows your subscribers to easily identify messages from your list.

- Standard Signature -

A stock signature file may be included on the bottom of every message sent via your mailing list. Traditionally, this file should be less than four lines. We will allow as many as fourteen. This provides you with a space to advertise your company and the fact that this is your list.

- Advertising -

Xcalibur does not attach any advertising or announcement to your mailing list. If you wish to include advertising announcements to your list postings, you may do so by including them in your postings directly.

PRICING

Pricing is by message delivered - please keep in mind that delivered messages are totalled, i.e. if you mail one announcement to a list of 350 people, that totals 350 messages sent, not one.
